Delivery costs are excluded from the product prices and will be added to your final total. Delivery for orders less than R800, will cost R95.00 irrespective of how big the order is. 

Free delivery is available for orders totaling R800 or more after any discounts are applied.

Same-day dispatch is available for orders placed before 13:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 13:00 p.m. (Monday – Friday) will be dispatched on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

 Delivery times are calculated at checkout and should arrive at the provided address within 2-3 working days, depending on the shipping address.

Payment can be made via either PayFast, EFT or Bank deposit.

Payfast payments are instant and orders will be dispatched immediately. The EFT Payment method is a little slower because we’ll need to wait for your payment to reflect in our bank account before we can process your order. Orders will only be packed and dispatched once payment reflects in our bank account.

Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll need to make an EFT or direct deposit into our account within five working days. Use your Order Number as the reference.


If upon receiving your order, you are not pleased with your purchase, kindly email within 14 days, explaining the reason for return and we will gladly refund or replace the product provided the item is in its original packaging.
